Featured Red:
Our Merlot has a rich bouquet of plum, cedar and lush notes of cherry which give way to flavors of dried cherries, berries and a bit of spice. A mouthfilling and full-flavored wine with medium, soft tannins followed by a lingering finish with hints of vanilla. Perfect with pork or lamb.
Featured White:
An abundance of flavor and depth with tropical aromas of pineapple and banana accompany Fuji apple and fig scents and lead to a creamy-textured, well-balanced Chardonnay. Flavors include apple, fig and mango with a slight mineral note that leads to a long, graceful finish. Perfect for casual sipping or to accompany a rich, creamy pasta dish.
