This letter is in reference to the Ladoga Park private road which is not maintained by the town. We live on Algerine Rd. where there is city water provided. We are not hooked up to the city water, but still have to pay taxes for the line that goes down our road. As a result, if Lagoda Park residents don't have to pay taxes for their road to be maintained then we should not have to pay for the city water we don't use.

Seems fair!
