hockypeewee1The  I.Y.H.A. Pee Wee 2 team continued rolling along in December, knocking down visitors from Mid-State and Oswego in two home games.

Against Mid-State, Ryan Besemer had another solid outing,  stopping all but one shots in an 6-1 game.  On the offensive side, Jack Babuka caught fire against the Mid-State defense by scoring 4 goals and assisting in another by the end of the day.  That 5 point day followed a 5 point effort by Josh Zajac just a week earlier.

Against old rivals Oswego, the Pee Wee 2 team got off to a slower start with the score tied at 1 at the end of the first period.  Teo Lavitan-Armstrong started off his 3rd game of the year against the pirates.   The Nic Whittaker, Josh Zajac, and Jack Babuka line anchored the scoring ending up netting a total of 4 goals through three tough periods of play.

The IYHA Pee Wee 2 team entered the holiday break period with a 9-1 record.
