CAYUTA - Herbert S. Mack, 53, of 6140 Route 13, Cayuta, New York, died Monday afternoon, May 22, 2006, at his residence.

Born May 31, 1952, in New York, New York, he was a son of the late Wilbert and Janet (nee Saunders) Mack. Mr. Mack was employed as a Graphic Artist for Distributor Data Forms, Cortland, NY, and Cornell University Press, Ithaca.

Survivors include his wife, Faye (nee Mushatt) of Cayuta; three sons, Vieto of Ithaca, Herbert, Jr. and Devin, both of Washington, D.C.; three daughters, Staff Sergeant Courtney Mack (now serving in Iraq) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Jennifer and Keiosha Mack, both of Ithaca; three brothers, Anthony (Alice) of Texas, Langdon of New York City, Donald Mack; one sister, Wanda Mack of Staten Island, NY; a granddaughter, Jasmine Mack; a special aunt, Juliette; several other aunts, uncles cousins, nieces, nephew and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m., Friday, at The Lansing Funeral Home, Inc. Rev. Calvin Christian will officiate. Interment will follow in Frear Memorial Park, Ithaca. The family will receive friends on Friday, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home, 32 Auburn Road, Lansing, NY 533.8600.
