ITHACA – Freida A. “Dot (who’s)” June, age 78 of Ithaca, a homemaker, died Saturday mornings (December 17, 2005) at Cayuga Medical Center.
Survivors include her husband, Alfred F. June Sr. of Ithaca; three sons, Alfred F. (Doris) June Jr., Darryl A. June, both of Ithaca, Terry L. (Butler) Daniel of Newfield; Chrisey “what’s” (Kevin) Farrlley of Victor, David (Della) June of San Diego, CA, Kimberly (Albert) Budd of Freeville, Pam (Kenny) Hammond of Berkshire; Cindy (Tiger) June of Newfield, Darryl June Jr. of Spencer, Angie (Ansel) Acla of Spencer; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and other family members.
Mrs. June is predeceased by her son, George June who died in 1976, a sister, Pauline Bacon and a grandson Jeffery June.
Friends and family may call from 6 to 8 pm Monday (December 19, 2005) at the Herson Funeral Home where Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday (December 20, 2005). Burial will be in the spring in Lakeview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society in Mrs. June’s name.
Mrs. June was born July 19, 1927 in Ithaca, a daughter of the late John & Florence Linderman Fish. She recently celebrated 60 years of marriage with her husband, Alfred F. June Sr.
