bowling_120Lansing traveled to Watkins Glen to bowl Odessa Montour at Johnnie's Lanes and the Bobcats came away with all the points. On the boys side Joel Teitelboum led the way with a 238 - 602 series followed by Tim Carlson's 541. Odessa's Jamie Lunhut's 518 & Mitch McElroy's 478 were there bright spots.

On the girls side Vanesa Corey led Lansing with a 418 series , and Ashley Beyougin 459 & Seneca Collins' 414 led Odessa.

A report on last night's Valley Bowl to roll Waverly in a key match up of the Large Division will be in next week's issue.

On 1/14 Candor came to Helen Newman to bowl the Lansing Bobcats in a postponed match from the previous Wednesday night.  The Lansing boys rolled taking all 4 points. Troy Hradisky was the highest of all rolloing 237 - 642 followed by Trever Rounds 221 - 627 and Joel Teitlboum's 233 - 615. On the Candor side Jake Aagaard 205 -528 was the top bowler.

On the girls side Candor rolled very well with two girls rolling over 500, they were Jamie Heroux 191 - 547 & Taralynn Sears 179 -503 as Candor Girls took 4 points. Vanesa Corey was Lansing lone high roller  160 - 437.

Tioga came to Helen Newman to bowl Lansing last Thursday and on the boys side Lansing took 3 of the 4 points, loosing the second game by 30 pins. Senior Trever Rounds 219 - 617 was high bowler followed by Troy Hradisky's 215 - 606 and then Joel Teitelboum's 550 series. Tioga's Alex Boughton 205 - 559 & Chris Potuek 214 - 546 were the high scores.

On the Girls side it was just the opposite as Tioga takes 3 of the 4 points as Rachael Boughton's 172 - 488 was the high bowler, followed by Megan Piper's468 & Ashley Sherman's 444.  Lansing's Jenna Armstrong rolls 477, Gianna Gentile's 436, Melissa Seymore's 421 & Venesa Corey's 415 were rolled for the lady cats.
