From head coach Lamarr Peters, "We have been training for about a month and the boys played well. Tactically, we were able to accomplish what we wanted. We were able to effectively find our target guys up front and get the point of attack switched when it needed to happen. Our defenders in particular did a fantastic job of possessing the ball while under pressure and getting it to our playmakers in the midfield. Overall, I thought we played an intelligent game".

The team plays in the second division of the Tompkins County fall soccer league and draws its players from Lansing as well as Ithaca. the boys range in age from 9-12 years old. They face the Trumansburg titans this Sunday at 4pm at the fields at the Lansing town hall.
