The Varsity Golf team finished off its regular season on May 14th with a win over Waverly at Sheppard Hills Golf Course.  Sophomore Craig Esposito led the way with a 36 on the par 37 course layout.  Other scores from this match included:  Conor Stanhope 48, Josh Randall 55, Tim Carlson 60, and Justin Kirkwood 63.  Team totals for the match were Lansing 262 and Waverly 273.  Lansing finished the regular season with a record of 9-5.

On Thursday, May 15th, three bobcat golfers competed in the Section IV Medalist Tournament.  In order to qualify for this tournament, players needed to have a regular season average of +5 or below.  Results from the first round of play on Thursday were as follows:  Jess Esposito - 78, Craig Esposito 80, and Austin Moore 85.  All three golfers made the first cut and advanced to the second round on Saturday.  Results from the second round of the Section IV Medalist Tournament were as follows:  Jess Esposito - 81, Craig Esposito 87, and Austin Moore 89.  With a two day total of 159, Jess Esposito qualified for the State Tournament.
