Rooney is such a happy-go-lucky kind of guy, always wanting to be the life of the party with a constant wagging tail. He arrived at the shelter after being found as a stray We don't think he's had much experience living in a home because he's unsure about going through doorways and takes a while to get used to new floor surfaces. Despite this, Rooney is eager to please and should adjust quickly to a home environment. Rooney is about 2 years old and is a hound mix.
