The site maintains some of its more popular applications, such as a printable version of the Curbside Recycling Guidelines Brochure, the ability to find a resident’s recycling pick-up day, and an on-line sign up form for the Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off events.
New elements of the website include a page dedicated to food scraps recycling, as well as the Division’s outreach efforts both among businesses and through community events held around Tompkins County, and many new photos. Future additions to the site will include a database so residents can learn more about practicing the 4R’s - reduce, reuse, recycle and rebuy.
