Troop 56 in cooperation with the Partnership of African and Lansing Schools (PALS) recently donated over 140 notebooks, pencils and pencil sharpeners to the Mbaka Oromo Primary School.

Chris Barrett presented a slide show about children in Kenya. During the presentation he answered questions and taught the girls how Kenyan kids make soccer balls from plastic grocery bags.

Troop 56 took the information that they learned to World Thinking Day in February where they presented a table about Kenya.
