The Lansing Community Library Center is having a big to-do fundraiser August 5th. As part of that a few of us are organizing a mini book sale for the same day. The book sale will run 12-5 that Saturday, probably in a part of the community center. The thing we need now are books! Specifically Fiction (all ages) and Children's Books. As this is a mini book sale, we are limiting the tables to those two catagories. Attached is a flyer for the call for books.
And remember- a book donated to the Lansing Library has three chances to be of service. First chance: it may go on the shelves to be a part of the library inventory. Second chance: it goes into the book sale and makes $$ for the library. Third chance: it goes downtown to the Friends of the TCPL book sale, where it may make money for the library system as a whole.
