Kyle White has been named employee of the quarter in recognition of his consistent exemplary job performance. In addition to exhibiting the Y's standards of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility White was chosen for his excellent customer service skills, overall positive working relationships with peers and supervisors, dedication and commitment to a work ethic above and beyond the minimum required.
White is a trainer who has been employed by the 'Y' for the past _7 years and was nominated by his peers. According to Frank Towner, CEO of the 'Y' Kyle's peers and supervisors specifically cited Kyles natural ability to serve the members and program participants practicing the YMCA character values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility.
The award has been sponsored by YMCA members and includes acknowledgment displaying a photo of Mr. White in a public area of the 'Y' as well as a cash award of $150 to celebrate 150 years of the "Y's" service to the community.
