The Lansing Seniors are sponsoring a delectable chicken barbecue this Saturday, August 4th, at Lansing Ball Fields (by Town Hall and Library), 11:00 a.m until chicken is gone. The chicken will be BBQ'd using the Cornell BBQ sauce recipe. The rest of the menu includes baked beans, salt potatoes, rolls,and brownie. $10 full meal, 1/2 chicken only $7.00.
In addition there will be handmade hot pads available for sale at $4.00 each if you're looking for a gift for your favorite hostess, birthday, anniversary or yourself.
All proceeds to Lansing Seniors who sponsor annual gifts for the Scholarship Fund for a Lansing Senior and Hospicare.
