A joined choir from the four churches will perform contemporary music and at least two traditional hymns. Pastor David Quigley, Asbury Church, will lead the services, with additional messages from Father Scott Kubinski of All Saints, Pastor Matthew Burris of Grace Baptist and Pastor William Gottschalk-Fielding of Lansing United Methodist. For the past several years, these four churches have shared a service of Thanksgiving, with each church hosting the service in turn.

The Asbury Church sanctuary can seat about 140, however, "The whole community is invited and we can accommodate 257 in the building if that many wish to come", said Reverend Quigly. Refreshments and socializing follow the service.
