Supervisor-elect Kathy Miller thanks Lansing Town employees for their many contributions this year.Town employees were appreciated at a luncheon at Crossroads Bar & Grill last Friday. Employees, committee members and elected officials were invited to the event to share a meal and celebrate the work done by Lansing municipal employees.
Supervisor-elect Kathy Miller thanked employees for their many contributions, followed by appreciations by outgoing Supervisor Scott Pinney and council members Connie Wilcox and Marty Christopher. Bookkeeper/Personnel Officer Sharon Bowman read the names of each employee and the number of years he or she have worked for the Town. A remarkable number have worked for Lansing for 20 or more years. Lansing has two dozen full time employees, with part timers bringing the total to about 80.
