Coltivare, the Farm to Bistro culinary center of Tompkins Cortland Community College is now accepting reservations for private and corporate events.  The venue is available for holiday celebrations, weddings, social galas, and corporate bookings, according to John Svensson, Catering and Event Manager.

"Our mission is to create memories for each client.  The quality and detail of the menu, decor, and service are customized to meet the desires of our clients. Our goal is to make each event stand apart and exceed guest expectations" says Svensson.

Coltivare has several function space options. The Ballroom will accommodate catered events for up to 250 guests.  Other spaces include a tiered amphitheater and a ten-station state of the art cooking laboratory available for demonstrations, lectures and team-building exercises.  The Restaurant, with 110 seats, also houses The Wine Cellar which is a private dining room for 20 guests.

Opening in December, Coltivare is one of the largest event venues in Tompkins County.  Chef Richard Brosseau will design menus featuring local ingredients and global flavors. The catering and events team at Coltivare bring many years of experience in the food and beverage industry to the venture.

Coltivare is located at the corner of Cayuga and Clinton Streets.  There is ample covered parking adjacent to the space.
