The Car Quest store on the corner of Triphammer and Auburn Roads will be closing this weekend.  After being purchased the store is being relocated to the new Advance Auto Parts storefront in the Cayuga Mall next to the Party City store.  Lansing Code Enforcement Officer Lynn Day told the Town Planning Board that an auto repair business may lease the building.

Day said the business would do Repair/Paint-Body Work, and display one vehicle for resale.  He asked the Board whether it would like to review the site plan for the new business before approving it.  He suggested asking the business owner to come before the board, which will give it a chance to place conditions on the proposal.

Planning Board members agreed it would be in the best interest of the Town to review the plan.
