Batavia -- Tompkins Insurance Agencies has hired Emily Richardson as an account executive in its Personal Lines division. She is based out of the office located at 1051 Craft Road in Ithaca.In her new role, Richardson will be responsible for building client relationships and identifying methods to mitigate or transfer risk by creating customized insurance solutions. She will primarily serve businesses across Tompkins and the surrounding counties.
Prior to joining Tompkins, Richardson worked for First Niagara Risk Management. She brings over 14 years’ experience to her new role. Richardson holds an associate’s degree from Tompkins Cortland Community College and is a New York State Notary Public. She resides in Ithaca and is a volunteer at Ithaca Youth Bureau.
