Tompkins Financial Corporation has promoted Faye Burke, Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to Officer.

Burke started with Tompkins Trust Company in November of 2018. Burke is responsible for developing job descriptions, sourcing strategies for both short and long-term purposes, coordinating interviews, and placing candidates in positions across a wide range of functional areas of compensation levels.

“We are thrilled for Burke’s promotion. She brings many years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources”, said Stacie Mastin, Vice President, Human Resources.

Prior to joining Tompkins Burke led the Talent Acquisition team for not-for-profit global health care organizations located in Detriot, Michigan. Burke is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management of Tompkins County and their global network. She also a member of Ithaca Business Women Network and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Burke will serve as Co-Chair for the Tompkins Trust Company’s United Way Carnival for a Cause this year.
