Tompkins Financial has hired Charles Guarino in the role of Senior Vice President, Manager of Retail & Small Business Lending.

Guarino is active in the greater Rochester community where he was previously the Vice President for Resolve of Greater Rochester, coached Little League, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He received his BS in Management from SUNY Geneseo and his MBA from University of Rochester Simon Business School.
