Alison B. Helmetsie, PT, of McCune, Ainslie and Associates and Dryden Sport & Spine Physical Therapy received her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute International, May 1st, 2009. The McKenzie Method is well-known for its systematic approach to physical therapy, classifying the patient’s condition and teaching the patient how to manage their condition outside the clinic. Ms. Helmetsie is a graduate of Ithaca College’s physical therapy program. ----
