Leon S.Wylde, has been with the Trust Company since 2001. In his new position as assistant vice president, card services manager, he manages the Card Service department, where he provides leadership and support to his staff, coworkers and customers. Wylde attended Broome Community College and is a Leadership Tompkins graduate. He is active in fund-raising drives for the United Way of Tompkins County and the American Cancer Society. Wylde currently services on the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association in Tompkins County. He and his wife, Christine, reside in Ithaca with their son, Luca. .
Jessica Palmer has been with the Trust Company since 1998. In her new position as card services officer, she will expand her leadership role within the Card Services department while remaining active in the daily functions and customer service responsibilities. Palmer is a member of the Corps Council and the Finance Committee for the Salvation Army, Ithaca. She resides in Ithaca.
Theresa Brace has been with the bank since 1998. In her new position as assistant vice president, corporate compliance officer, she will ensure the affiliate banks’ ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations by testing and monitoring the banks’ policies, procedures and practices, as well as advising bank management of new and revised laws and regulations. Brace is a graduate of Ithaca College and has done graduate work at Empire State College in Labor Policy Studies. She is also a graduate of the ABA Regulatory Compliance School, Intermediate Compliance School and the Graduate School of Compliance Management. Brace is a member of the Independent Community Bankers Association and an American Bankers Association Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Glen Gators Swim Team, and is the Varsity swim coach for boys and girls at Odessa-Montour Central School. Brace and her husband, Terry Little, reside in Odessa with their two daughters.
