Kevin Morrin has joined the staff of the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce as Director of Membership Services and Public Relations.  Morrin, who moved back to Ithaca in 2001, is a graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor's degree in International Business and German.

He most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Greek Peak Mountain Resort for the past eight years and as Marketing Director for Axiohm/TPG for three years.  These positions required that he seek out prospective sponsor donors, develop mutually successful business partnerships, produce small to large events, and develop meaningful relationships between businesses across New York State and beyond, and network with many people in the Central New York community.

“I enjoy meeting new people and love to work with businesses to create new programs and opportunities for the global good,” Morrin said.  “I am proud of the developments and progress that my community has achieved and am happy to be a part of its future growth"

Morrin’s responsibilities will include membership retention programs; membership sales; advertising sales in The Chambergram; overseeing the Chamber Ambassadors; and coordination of the many benefit programs and events offered by the Chamber.
