“We’re ecstatic to win this award again,” says Meryl Davis, director of marketing for the Inns of Aurora. “Our guests are always our highest priority, and we strive everyday to craft the most memorable experience possible for them. From our pastry chefs, to our housekeepers, to our innkeepers, we’re lucky to have such an amazing team that cares so genuinely about their work.”
“TripAdvisor is delighted to celebrate the success of businesses around the globe, from Sydney to Chicago, Sao Paulo to Rome, which are consistently offering travelers a great guest experience,” said Alison Copus, Vice President of Marketing for TripAdvisor for Business. “The Certificate of Excellence award provides top performing establishments around the world the recognition they deserve, based on feedback from those who matter most–their guests.”
