Left to Right (Standing): Lucas Brahme, Dani Weiner, Juliet Kimble Left to Right (Sitting): Allison Pappas, Evan Sibley, Anthony NigroFrom Thursday, July 26 to Saturday, July 28 the Hangar Theatre Company KIDDSTUFF Summer Series will be presenting Snow White adapted by Marjorie Sokoloff. This story does not begin with a beautiful princess, an evil witch or an enchanted castle: Sokoloff's rendition of Snow White begins starts with a frightened young woman alone in the world. Beyond the classic tale of the young girl who was the fairest of them all, audiences are revealed to the villain's perspective, from her tragic childhood to her quest for revenge.
Join all seven quirky dwarves, a tongue-tied prince, a sassy mirror, a dancing chicken, and of course Snow White, in a tale about beauty, friendship, and happily-ever-afters with a twist. There are two performances per day Thursday 7/26-Saturday 7/28, at 10 a.m. and noon.
On Friday July 27, at 3 p.m. The Hangar Theatre Company will present a free Sensory Sensitive Production of Snow White designed for families who may have members requiring a lower sensory experience. Additional supports for attendees will be available at the Box Office and include noise reducing headphones, earplugs, weighted lap pads and fidget-gadgets.
