This special cabaret evening will explore the beauty and passion of music that transcends language with a lively journey through world music favorites and original Latin compositions. Audiences will be immersed in the sounds of Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico, and more, featuring works by Violeta Parra, Baden Powell, Rosana, Antônio Carlos Jobim, and others. Light refreshments, beer, and wine will now be available at the theatre.
The CabarETC season continues on October 27th at 8pm with Erica Steinhagen in Imagine My Surprise, which is highlighted by her musings on the great unexpected journey of life through the songs of Stephen Sondheim, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Carol King, and Tori Amos.
Then on November 10th at 8pm, Margaret Wakeley performs Perfect Relationships and Other Romantic Fantasies, exploring ideas of romance from first love to what happens when reality meets happily ever after with select works by Stephen Sondheim, Cole Porter, Ann Hampton Callaway, and more.
After selling out the house last season, Jeremy Webb (Phantom of the Opera, Camelot, Into the Woods) and Nat Chandler (The Scarlet Pimpernel, Spamalot, Kiss Me Kate!) return to perform a Back Home for the Holidays on December 8 at 3pm and 8pm to help you get in the holiday spirit with a show inspired by their Broadway experiences, warm holiday memories, and being with those we love.
