Victims describe the suspects as wearing black jeans, black sweatshirts, black gloves and black ski masks and that both of them had handguns. One of the males is described as being approximately 6' 4" tall, stocky build and the other male is described as being 5' 6" tall and skinny. One of the victims did have minor injuries.
Earlier deputies from the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office along with Dryden Police Department, Groton Police Department, and TC3 Public Safety responded to a reported armed robbery. The alleged incident occurred at a residence on Livermore Road at 10:00 PM in the Town of Dryden.
The victims alleged that two black males forced entry into the residence and struck one of the victims with a handgun. Suspects did take over a thousand dollars in cash prior to exiting the residence and leaving in a pickup truck, unknown color. One of the victims did have minor injuries.

By 10am Wednesday the Sheriff's Office said they had taken one of two suspects into custody. Whitley C. Taylor, age 32, of Ithaca was arrested in conection with the armed robberies. Taylor has been charged with two counts of Robbery in the second degree, a class B Felony and two counts of Burglary in the second degree, a class C Felony. Taylor was arraigned in the Town of Lansing Court before Judge Banfield. Taylor has been remanded to the Tompkins County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash and/or $50,000 bail bond. The investigation is ongoing and the identity of the second male subject that was involved has not been identified.
