Meskill further stated "Undersheriff Tubbs' understanding of the Sheriff's Office staff, operation and needs, as well as his ability to work well with other agencies, will be a positive attribute that will allow him and the Tompkins County Sheriff's Office to continue to provide excellent service to the residents of Tompkins County".
