Born in Johnsonburg, PA on March 11, 1926, he was the son of the late Frank and Ada (Wachob) Reinhart. He graduated from Albion, PA High School in 1944 and served in the US Army in Korea. Following his service, Harry graduated from Slippery Rock State Teachers College and earned his Master's Degree at The University of Pittsburgh. In 1952 he married Constance Neale in Beaver Falls, PA. Harry taught in several Pennsylvania school districts and was principal of the Conneaut Valley School District. He moved to New York upon being appointed principal of Lansing High School and served in that role from 1966 - 1971. Harry then became the Director of Education at George Junior Republic. After retiring from education, he worked at Therm, Inc., Ithaca, NY.
Harry enjoyed golfing, hunting and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Constance (Neale) Reinhart; daughter, Debra (Terry) Bowen; son, James (Jill) Reinhart; grandchildren, Geoffrey (Jill) Bowen, Joshua (Jessica) Reinhart, Laura (Justin) Perkins, Megan (Cory) VanNederynen, and great-grandson, Jonathan David. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Harry was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles and James Reinhart and his grandson, Christopher James Bowen.

Family will be present to receive friends at Lansing Funeral Home, 32 Auburn Rd., Lansing, NY, on Monday, June 20th, from 12-2pm. A funeral service, officiated by Dr. James Henery, will begin at 2pm, followed by burial at North Lansing Cemetery.
Harry's family will be receiving friends at their home at 615 Ridge Rd., Lansing, from 5-7pm on Monday.
