Tom Reed wanting to reduce the cost of college, maybe he should endorse Bernie Sander's plan instead of his piece of fluff legislation which at best would only slightly reduce the student and parent debt burden. How about targeting the banks that are allowed to make a ton of money off students. Higher education should not be a profit center.James Sullivan
