After 100 yrs of mining, there has been no harming of Cayuga Lake. However, a few miles south, Cayuga Heights and Cornell and the rest of East Hill dump their whatever in the lake. I would think that would be of more concern than Cargill Salt mine. Just sayin.John Johnson
