I am a retired Conservation Police Officer , Have worked in Tompkins County since 1993 and have taught with Dick Costello on numerous occasions (Hunter Safety Classes). I retired in 2013, prior to retiring I had numerous interactions with Dick Costello in the classroom as well as in an outdoor setting enjoying the wildlife, all of which were very professional. I have witnessed him teach youth and adults ethical hunting practices and can say nothing ill of him. He treats people with the utmost respect and would make an excellent Judge.
