On November 6, I urge you to vote for Lansing native Maura Kennedy-Smith for Lansing Town Justice. Maura Kennedy-Smith was born in Lansing 48 years ago, and she has lived in Tompkins County most of her life. As a resident of Lansing, she has gotten to know a range of people in the community.
As a parent, she has coached Lansing children in softball and Lego League.
As an attorney, she has represented numerous clients in Lansing Town Court.
I have known Maura for over thirty years. Her background and experience have given her the ability to be responsive to the local populace and to make judicial decisions that reflect local values and needs.
