I am not familiar with the matter that is calling into question Ed LaVigne's ethics. However, let me be very clear. I have known Ed Lavigne for more than 15 years. I first met him at the Lansing United Methodist Church and worked with him there on many occasions. My experience with him was that he had and still has the greatest amount of integrity of almost anyone I've ever met.

Over the years since he has been Supervisor, there have been many times when I have not agreed with Ed on various issues. Despite our differences, I promise you one thing about Ed. He is an honest and decent person and would not become involved in any endeavor that would question his ethics.
