It has been reported that a group in Colorado, working on behalf of Ray Meier in his race for Congress, has been conducting a “Push Poll” in the area. A push poll is not designed to get information; rather it is used to smear an opponent. They ask questions like, “Would you vote for Arcuri if you knew he killed his father, raped his mother, beat his wife, and sent his kids to boarding school.” But they are not funny. They are one of the lowest forms of political “dirty tricks” and they were used effectively against both John McCain and John Kerry.
If you get one of these calls, we ask that you consider the source and attempt to get the real facts about Mike Arcuri. Push polls are dangerous to unwitting voters. Informed voters usually see right through them.
