If the Post Office has decided that they will not give a credit toward next Box Rent Bill for the time period when we could not use the boxes, perhaps they will make enough people so mad they will not renew and finally be successful in doing what they have wanted to do for a long time: "Close The Post Office".Really makes one wonder why those in charge so often fail to see how their decisions impact everyone, especially those, who through no fault of their own, are out of work and short on money.
More people should complain about this decision.
