In regards to the Lansing Library vote scheduled for next week, please ask yourself this question: If a democratic government assumes and requires an informed electorate, what public institutions educate, support and inform that electorate?
This is not complicated: a strong publicly-funded education system, free libraries and the right of free speech.
Please support our local library.
Vote your support (Vote NO), then give all you can to this local effort to fund our part of the democratic "experiment".
It's a work in progress, after all.
