Many years ago I was a founding member of the Lansing planning board. In those days zoning was high on the agenda.  Though we now have zoning, we need wisely planned development to ensure the safety and beauty of our town for future generations.

We need the guidance of leaders experienced in financial oversight to ensure that our town will continue to thrive and serve the needs of its residents. Development planning, financial oversight, and other important issues brought before the Town Board require a person skilled in problem solving with the ability to bring people together, to share viewpoints and to compromise for the greater good.  Ruth Hopkins has these abilities.  I urge you to vote for Ruth's election to the Town Board.
