Neighbors, We, the undersigned, are attorneys who practice in Tompkins County as Family Court Attorneys, Criminal Defense Attorneys and Civil Attorneys.
On September 10, 2013, there will be a Democratic Primary election to secure the Democratic Party nomination for Tompkins County Court Judge. The County Court Judge will preside over felony cases, child abuse and neglect cases, custody cases, domestic violence cases, juvenile delinquency and persons in need of supervision cases, probate proceedings, divorces, as well as a myriad of other cases.
We believe that Joe Cassidy has the intelligence, the experience, the prudence, the integrity, the temperament, the humility and the working knowledge of relevant community resources that are essential for this position.
