Dryden, NY – Lansing Girls Varsity finished the 2016 season 10-0 with a 111-65 win over Dryden on Thursday October 20th at the Dryden Pool. Lansing has not lost in dual meet competition since October 22nd, 2012 in a loss to Dryden.

2nd Place with a time of 2:10.91, the team of Caroline Dennis (Back, JR), Katie Weaver (Breast, SR Capt.),  Grace Kadlecik (Fly,8), and Meghan Matheny(Free, 11);

100 Backstroke:
1st Place with a winning time of 1:06.70, Grace Kadlecik (8);
3rd Place with a time of 1:18.09, Lexi Ryan (SR Capt.);

100 Breaststroke:
2nd Place with a time of 1:22.96, Caroline Dennis (11);

400 Freestyle Relay:
The final event and relay of the evening was won by the LadyCats team of Grace Ferris, Libby Weaver, Marin Allen and Grace Kadlecik with a time of 4:09.78.
They were joined by the team of Meghan Matheny, Mackenzie Stark,  Krista Taylor, and Jackie Brown in 3rd Place with a time of 4:29.38.

The LadyCats will be swimming in the IAC Championships on Saturday October 29th at Watkins Glen, followed by the Section 4 Class C Qualifiers (Wednesday 11/2) and Finals (Saturday 11/5).
