In Tuesday's meet Lansing won first place in eight of eleven events. Hannah Wingate, Lexi Payton, Nicole Nassif, and Kali Dean finished the 200 Medley relay in 2:19.03. Picking up on that momentum, Kelsy Quigley took 1st in the 200 Freestyle. Next Danyelle Barron finished first in the 200 IM, and Erin O'Brien placed 1st in the 50 Free event. Leigh Conley was not to be outdone when she sped to first place in the 100 Fly in only 1:22.22.
TAE took the 100 Free, but Lansing came back in the 500 Free when Lexi Payton came in first in 6:32.68. Lansing took another first when Ashley McDonald, Kendal Dean, Leigh Conley, Erin OBrien completed the 200 Free Relay in 1:57:53. Hannah Wingate finished first in the 100 Backstroke event, and Leigh Conley, Katrina Mehringer, Chelsie Radcliffe, Lexi Payton finished the 400 Relay with an exhibition time of 4:33:09 and Kali Dean finished the 100 Breast with an exhibition time of 1:25:96.
Lansing was first in its class in the Swimming & Diving Invitational meet at EFA. With 382 points the girls took the top spot in Class C. Claire Eckstrom, Leigh Conley, Hannah Wingate and Rachel Bland completed the 200 Yard Medley Relay in 2:06.47 in the preliminaries, and 2:08.70 in the finals. Nikki Dean took first place in the 200 Yard Freestyle with Hannah Wingate placing in the numver five spot.
Kali Dean placed second in the 50 Yard Freestyle when she finished in 25.45 in the finals. Kristin Carlson finished tenth in the 1 mtr Diving when she scored 256.55. Claire Eckstrom scored sixth in the 100 Yard Butterfly. Kali Dean and Erin Obrien scored for Lansing in the sixth and eighth spots respectively.
In the eighth event Hannah Wingate finished in fourth place in the 500 Yard Freestyle. Rachel Bland, Claire Eckstrom, Erin Obrien and Kali Dean finished the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay in 1:49.23, taking sixths place. And Hannah Wingate, Leigh Conley, Erin Obrien and Kali Dean took sixth in the Girls 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, finishing the meet.
