Jon Glennon and Justin Payne were the recipients of the touchdown passes. Payne had a solid all-around night also returning a recovered lateral (which had been batted down by Glennon) 23 yards for a touchdown and going a perfect 4 for 4 on extra points. Matt Hartz and David Bandler anchored a solid night by the offensive line allowing the Bobcats time to pass when needed and opening holes for Whiting and Knapp in the ground game.
The defense had an impressive performance as the line applied pressure throughout the night and the Bobcats were able to notch two interceptions, one by Noah Ziver-Murray and one by Craig Esposito. The Bobcats (2-1) are tied for first place in their division and will face co-leader Trumansburg this Friday night at home.
