The Ithaca 14U and 19U Shooting Stars played games on Sunday. The 19Us defeated the Mohawk Valley Herricanes 19U team, 3-1 while the 14Us fell to the Binghamton Blizzard 16Us, 1-6.19U Shooting Stars Goalie Sarah Eisenhut stopped 14 shots while her teammates were denied 27 times by the opposing goalie. Emma Hassen opened the scoring from an assist by Hannah Golay. Lauren Cole scored one and assisted on Katie Long's goal.
14U goalie Alex Stagliano stopped 23 shots in a game that featured one Ithaca goal by Meredith Kirk assisted by LT Furman.
