I definately agree with Dan's assessment that the inconvenience of Lansing's closed post office impacting more than 3 individuals must be true.On numerous occassions I have stood in line and left after a 15 or 20 minute wait while some person has gotten to the counter totally unprepared to transact the business they are there for.
In the evenings there seem to be lines that resemble the ones at Christmas, when I could not get my mail at all. Only difference is one person behind the counter and no one at the service desk.
Everyone who has been there when I have for the same reason - picking up their mail from Lansing, has complained to me about the situation and length of time it has existed.
Yup! Think we should all make official complaints.
