ImageThe Lansing boys varsity golf team improved to 15-0 on the season with recent wins over Dryden and Elmira-Notre Dame.  Results from the matches were as follows:
 
May 8th at Dryden Lakes:  Lansing 189  Dryden 218
Jess Esposito, Craig Esposito and  Austin more all shot 35.  Conor Stanhope had a season best score of 37 and Tim Carlson and Zach Myers shot 47 and 56 respectively.

May 11th at Cornell:  Lansing 218  E-ND 225
Austin Moore led the way with a 40.  He was followed by Craig Esposito with a 41, Conor Stanhope 42 and Jess Esposito 45.  Josh Randall rounded out the top five scores for the bobcats with a 50.  Tim Carlson also competed in the match and shot a 52.
 
The team will be competing in Sectionals and the IAC Tournament next week.

The girls golf team competed in their second match of the season on May 12th at Wells College.  Other teams participating in this event were Elmira, Union Springs, Marathon, Ithaca, and Southern Cayuga. 

Kelsey Redmond led the way for the ladycats with a season low round of 64.  Lauren Cole finished the match with a 72 and Rachel Bogardus carded a 73.  In competing in her first match of the year, Kasey Seamans finished with an 81.  The team will travel to Indian Head Golf Course in Auburn on May 18th for their next event.
