ImageThe Lansing Girls Swimming and Diving team beat Whitney Point in an away meet on October 22.  Lansing swept the meet with 103 to Whitney Point's 61.

Kelsy Quigley started with a first place win in the 200 Yard Freestyle.  Alex Conte sped to first place in the 200 Yard IM Varsity.  Kali Dean finished first in the  50 Yard Freestyle in 24.93.  Victoria Katz was the only diver in the meet, scoring 121.95 for Lansing.

Whitney Point's Kelly Marcotte won first place in the 100 Yard Butterfly, followed by Lansing's Courtney Pollack, Chelsea Tucker, and Ashley McDonald in second, third, and fourth.  Lansing was back on top in the 100 Yard Freestyle Varsity when Kali Dean finished first in 56.25, followed by Ashley McDonald and Shaye Weldon.  Anna Conte came in first in the 500 Yard Freestyle.

Next was the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay.  The Lansing 'D' team finished first as Courtney Pollack, Alex Conte, Ashley McDonald and Kali Dean came in at 1:45.55.  Kelsy Quigley took first place in the 100 Yard Backstroke.  Alex Conte won another first for Lansing in the 100 Yard Breaststroke.  The final event belonged to Whitney Point when their 'C' team finished first in the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, followed by Lansing's Kelsy Quigley, Marissa Lehr, Chelsea Tucker and Ashley McDonald.

Lansing is undefeated for the season.
