The Girls Varsity Basketball team improved their record to 14-0 follow three wins in five days. The Ladycats defeated Groton at home last Friday 74-21, with Jocelyn Ford scoring 24 to lead a balanced attack. MC Barrett added 14 points while Ellyn Grant-Keane had 10 points. Stephanie Gonyea and Colby McCartney each had 8 points, Nina Lindberg had 7 and Carlene Fields added 3 points.

On Saturday the Ladycats traveled tio Section 3 Whitesboro where they won 48-47. Jocelyn Ford again led the way with 28 points, while MC Barrett added 7 points, Stephanie Gonyea had 6, and three players, Ellyn Grant-Keane, Nina Lindeberg and Colby McCartney had 2 points each.

On Tuesday the Ladycats defeated Union Springs on the road 48-32, with Jocelyn Ford netting a team high 19 points. MC Barrett and Nina Lindberg added 8 points, with Carlene Fields chipping in with 6 points, ans 2 points each for Ellyn Grant-Keane and Colby McCartney. The Ladycats travel to Whitney Point on Friday.
