The High school bowling season is now wrapping up. On Saturday, February 2nd the high school IAC Bowling Tournament was held at Valley Lanes in Waverly. All 11 schools, both Boys and Girls teams bowled in team and individual events. The Lansing Girls placed 9th overall having a 1837 total pin fall.

Carli Teitelbaum was Lansing`s top female bowler (143, 143, 141 games for a 427 series). Melissa Seymour also had a nice game of 146. Watkins Glen girls won the Tournament with their 2657 pin fall.

Waverly Boys bowled a high series total of 3152 pins for their win. Lansing Boys earned 5th with 2689 pins. Brandon Mikula was awarded a 4th place metal for his individual series of 645 (246, 195, 205 games). Nate Williamson (191, 190, 170 games 551 series). and Joel Teitelbaum (524 series) rounded out the top 25 bowlers.

The top overall IAC bowler for the girls, Tioga`s Ashley Sherman (690 scr. series) and Boys, Waverly`s Mason Beard (764 scr. series).
