The Lansing Middle School String Quartet performed for the Board of Education last week, playing an arrangement of the Brandenburg Concerto #3 in G. "This lovely ensemble belongs to Mrs. Lyn Weil," said Middle School Principal Jamie Thomas. "She is infamous for her musical groups in Lansing, and she's doing a wonderful job with her students."
Andrea Payton, Paul Giannelis, and Jonathan Sun play violyn, and Erika Espey-Sundt the viola. After the performance the students were presented with certificates of achievement by School Board President Bonita Lindberg.
